5 Reasons to Get Married in Mexico

5 Reasons to Get Married in Mexico

Dreaming of a warm destination wedding with crystal waters and exotic scenery? Look no further! Mexico is one of the world’s premiere wedding destinations, catering to couples seeking a wedding experience unlike any other. For decades, brides and grooms-to- be have chosen Mexico for their “I do’s.” Here at Villa La Joya, we know exactly why:

1. The Location

Mexico boasts hundreds of beautiful wedding venues, each offering an array of amenities–including the country’s famous white sand beaches! With a bevy of options to choose from, you’re sure to find the right location for your celebration with ease.

2. The Culture

Did someone say fiesta? While design themes vary in Mexico as they do in the States, consider drawing inspiration for your reception from the local culture. Mexican ceremonies and celebrations are known for beautiful music, colorful decorations and delicious food.

3. The Cuisine

When you choose Mexico for your destination wedding, your taste buds are in for a treat.

Deemed one of the world’s finest by esteemed organizations like UNESCO, Mexican cuisine is renowned for impeccable flavors and intangible cultural heritage. When choosing your caterer, you’ll have your pick of fine companies that uphold the highest standard of quality and excellence.

4. The Weather

No rain, no worries! Mexico is blessed with balmy breezes and sunshine nearly year round. Forget the fears of rainy day back up plans or seasonal unpredictability. Getting married in Mexico allows the freedom to select your wedding date based on convenience, travel availability, holidays–anything but the weather! A sun-drenched, stress-free environment is essentially a guarantee.

5. The Hospitality

The local wedding industry prides itself on a distinguished reputation for providing the very best in service. Understanding the significance of your special day, companies in the wedding biz work to facilitate an easy, enjoyable experience from first booking to the big day itself.
